Local Deliveries
We offer local deliveries within a 20-mile radius of our store location. Enjoy the convenience of having your favorite fudge flavors delivered right to your doorstep.

Domestic Deliveries
For customers outside our local delivery area, we provide domestic shipping within the U.S.A. We use U.S.P.S. for shipping and offer competitive rates for our customers.

Shipping Charges and Refund Policy
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Be sure to review the estimated shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. We strive to provide accurate and timely delivery services to all our customers.

Shipping Methods
We offer the following options for receiving your fudge:
Domestic Shipping via USPS
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 1 lb.: Estimated cost of $15.
- 1 1/2 lbs. to 3 lbs.: Estimated cost of $20.
- Over 3 1/2 lbs.: Estimated cost of $40.
- Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Local Delivery
- We offer local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Lee, Massachusetts.
- Deliveries are scheduled once your order has been processed, and we will contact you with an estimated delivery time (Evenings and Weekends)
Pick-Up
- You can pick up your order at a designated location in downtown Lee, Massachusetts.
- Pick-up is available at Walgreens parking lot or Park Street Park parking lot
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to schedule a convenient pick-up time.
Order Processing
- Orders placed M-F before 5:00 PM EST will start processing same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Timeframes
- After processing, orders will ship via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
- If your order has not arrived within the typical delivery timeframe, you may request tracking information by contacting us via email.
Important Notes
- Marvelous Fudge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Marvelous Fudge is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Fudge in Warmer Months
At Marvelous Fudge, we want to ensure your order arrives fresh and delicious, even during the warmer months. Here’s how we handle shipping in higher temperatures:
- Warm Weather Packaging: To protect your fudge, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs during shipping. This helps preserve freshness and prevents melting in transit.
- Expedited Shipping Options: In hotter climates or during extreme heat, we recommend upgrading to expedited shipping for faster delivery and better temperature control.
- Timing: We typically avoid shipping orders over weekends to minimize time in transit and reduce exposure to high temperatures. Orders placed late in the week may ship the following Monday.
Customer Tips for Warmer Weather
- Track Your Order: Keep an eye on your tracking information and try to retrieve your package as soon as it’s delivered to avoid prolonged exposure to heat.
- Provide a Cool Delivery Location: If possible, have your package delivered to a location where it can be brought inside immediately, such as your workplace.
Despite our best efforts, please note that fudge is a perishable product and may be affected by extreme heat. Marvelous Fudge is not responsible for melting or damage caused by high temperatures during transit.
